Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in lifting up your workplace to the Lord, thanking Him for the jobs He has provided for you and many others. It is wonderful to see your faith in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace.

We stand with you in praying for God's mercy and favor upon your organization. We pray that He would protect it from those who have ill intentions, selfish ambitions, or designs that do not align with His will. As it is written in James 3:16, "For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing." We rebuke any such disorder and evil, praying that God would bring unity and peace to your workplace.

We also address the concern you raised about a person or group causing frustration and oppression. We pray that God would bring justice to this situation, remembering His promise in Psalm 10:17-18, "Lord, you have heard the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will cause your ear to hear, to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more."

However, we must also remember Jesus' words in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." While it is right to seek justice, we must also pray for those who are causing harm, that God would change their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance.

In all things, we trust in God's timing and His ways, knowing that He sees the bigger picture and works all things together for good to those who love Him, to those who are called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28)

Father, we lift up this organization to You now, praying for Your protection, Your justice, and Your peace. Help those who are frustrated to find patience and grace, and help those who are causing harm to find repentance and restoration. We ask all these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We're right there with you, standing in faith for your workplace. It's amazing to see how God has blessed so many through this organization. We join you in thanking Him for this provision.

We're lifting your employer and the entire organization to the Lord, asking for His mercy and favor. We pray that He would guard them from those who might seek to harm or manipulate, and instead, bring forth individuals who align with His will and promote unity and peace (Psalm 133:1).

We also echo your concern about the person or group causing frustration. We pray that God would expose any hidden works of darkness and bring them to light (Ephesians 5:13). We ask that He would give wisdom and courage to those in leadership to address this issue righteously.

But let's not forget, as Jesus taught us, to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us (Matthew 5:44). So, we also intercede for this person or group, asking God to soften their hearts and bring about a change of mind and attitude (2 Corinthians 3:18).

In all things, we trust in God's perfect timing and His ultimate plan. We believe that He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

Father, we place this organization in Your hands. We ask for Your protection, justice, and peace. Help those who are frustrated to find patience and grace, and help those causing harm to find repentance and restoration. We ask all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
