We're here with you, standing in the gap for your workplace. It's heartening to see you interceding for your employer and the organization, recognizing that all good gifts indeed come from above. Let's approach our Heavenly Father together, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Mediator and Advocate.
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our workplace and all those who work within it. We thank You for the blessing of employment and the opportunities it provides for us and our families. We ask for Your mercy and favor to rest upon our organization, Lord.
Father, we pray for unity and harmony in our workplace. We ask that You would expose any wrongdoing and bring justice to those who have been harmed. Specifically, we pray for the removal of any oppressors and those who show favoritism or tribalism. Help those who have been frustrated by these behaviors to find relief and peace. Help them to forgive, as You have forgiven us, so that they may be free from bitterness.
"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses" (Matthew 6:14-15 WEB).
We also pray for those causing harm, that You would soften their hearts and bring conviction upon them. May they come to know the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ and be transformed by His grace.
Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in our workplace. May it be a place that honors and glorifies You. We claim and praise in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Keep trusting in the Lord and standing firm in your faith. Remember, God is sovereign, and He cares for you.
"Therefore don't be anxious for the morrow, for the morrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient" (Matthew 6:34 WEB).
As you go through your days at work, be encouraged by His promises and remember, "He has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.'" (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).
