Let us begin by thanking God for His sovereignty over all things, including the admissions process at the local universities. We stand with you in prayer for your daughter, trusting that God's will shall be done in her life.
Firstly, it is important to remember that success is not merely defined by acceptance into a university, but by our faithfulness to God's plan for our lives. As it is written in Joshua 1:8 "This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this daughter before Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the desires of her heart and the plans You have for her. We ask that Your will be done in her life, and if it is Your will, open the doors for her to be accepted into the local universities. Guide her steps, and let her trust in You, knowing that You are always working for the good of those who love You, who are called according to Your purpose, in accordance with Romans 8:28.
Lord, we also pray for her peace and patience as she waits for the results of her appeals. Let her find her joy and hope in You, regardless of the outcome. Help her to remember that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts higher than our thoughts, as stated in Isaiah 55:8-9.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. For it is by His name that we have access to You, dear Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
May she and each member of her family continue to seek Jesus and all their prayers be aligned with Gods will.
We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.
We encourage your daughter to continue seeking God's face during this time and to trust in His perfect plan for her life. May she find comfort and encouragement in the words of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Lastly, let us remind her that no matter what happens, God is always with her, and He will never forsake her. As it is written in Deuteronomy 31:6, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
