Prayer For My Dad

I would like to ask for prayer for my father. He is considering another job offer that would be a change in his career path after 35 years. I am naturally concerned after working in the same career for 35 years that this might not be the right move. I would like to ask for God's hand in this matter to show him the right thing to do.
