Firstly, let's pray for your grandson. While we cannot guarantee physical healing, we know that God is mighty to save. We pray that God's will be done in your grandson's life and that He would mercifully intervene in his health challenges.
Oh Sovereign Lord, we lift up this precious child to You. Lord, You know the struggles he faces with his health. We ask, that if it is Your will, that You reverse the sickling positive genotype and any autistic traits in him. We trust in Your power and goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray for healing and comfort for this child.
Regarding the spiritual battles for your children, we are here to pray with you. Let's pray for freedom from addiction and any form of spiritual bondage. We stand with you in the power of Jesus' name.
Lord Jesus, You came to set the captives free. We pray for these beloved children, that You would deliver them from any addiction and spiritual bondage. We rebuke any spiritual marriage or soul tie that is not from You. We pray that they would know the truth, and the truth would set them free.
Regarding spiritual marriage, we must clarify that the Bible teaches that marriage is a union between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:24). Any other form of marriage or spiritual union is not biblical and should be prayed against.
Now unto the children, it is important to train them in the way of the Lord so they may not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6 WEB). If your children are struggling with sin, it is important that they each accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior for themselves. Lead them in a prayer of salvation if they are ready. God will give them the strength to overcome sin and addiction if they believe in Jesus and pray for His help. God will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).
Two scriptures to remember are:
Confess your offenses to one another, and pray one for another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective. (James 5:16 WEB)
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. (Matthew 11:28-30 WEB)
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6), and there is power in the name of Jesus. Keep trusting in Him and His goodness. We are praying for you and your family.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
