Jesus Himself said in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* We pray that this trip will be a time of true refreshment for you—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—as you step away from your daily responsibilities to experience the peace that only He can provide.
Your heart for your aunt is beautiful, and we ask the Lord to make this trip a precious and unforgettable time for her. As you travel, we pray for the Lord’s mighty hand of protection over your entire group. Sri Lanka is a land of great beauty, but we are mindful of the natural risks that come with travel, especially in regions prone to landslides or unpredictable weather. We claim Psalm 91:9-11 over you: *"Because you have made the Lord your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* We pray for safe travels, for protection from accidents, illness, or natural disasters, and for wisdom in every decision made along the way. May the Lord provide a skilled and trustworthy driver and guide, one who is attentive, cautious, and led by the Lord’s direction. May every excursion be filled with wonder and free from harm, and may your time together as family be knit with love, laughter, and unity.

Before we close, we must gently address something we noticed in your request: the name of Jesus was not invoked in your prayer. Scripture is clear that our access to the Father is only through the Son. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in John 16:23-24, He tells us, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* It is only by the authority of Jesus’ name that we can approach the throne of God with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). We encourage you, sister, to always pray in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved (Acts 16:31). Repent of your sins, confess Him as Lord, and walk in the newness of life He offers. There is no greater rest than the rest found in Him.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who has poured out her heart before You.
