Prayer For Mom

Jehovah Ropheka- I humble myself before your throne of grace. I lift up my precious mother to your throne. She is very ill and has become weak with each passing day. Lord, I ask for your healing touch to bring back her appetite, to bring back her energy and her zest for life. Lord, cause the anti-biotics to do their job and get rid of the infection that is robbing her of vitality. May your mercy and grace cover her in her time of need. She is a holy woman of God and I know you love her and she loves you. I ask for your hand, Adonai Jehovah, to wrap your loving arms around her and restore her body. I thank you and praise you for her influence on and in my life, for all the sacrifices she made for me when I was a child, for all the prayers she prayed and all the prayers she will pray. I thank you for the example she sets for all of her children, that we would be strong in the word and follow your commands, that we would serve you all of our days. She instilled in us a love for you long before we were really old enough to understand. She taught us to read your word and to study it, to pray without ceasing and to cast all of our cares upon you. If you choose to take her home, I will accept your will but I am hoping you will give her more time here on earth to lead this family and all of its decendants. Thank you, Lord. I magnify and glorify your holy name. I praise you Lord with all of my heart and soul. TO you be all glory, honor and praise for your hand upon our lives. Amen

July 5th UPDATE: My mom hasn't been able to keep food down for 3 days now. She finished her powerful antibiotics yesterday and I am hoping that her tummy will be able to tolerate food today. Thank you all for standing with me.

Our Dear Heavenly Father, How I pray for this mans mother. Lord I pray that you will heal her body Lord if it is your will. I know Lord sometimes it gets so hard for us to ask for healing when our parents are older. We want to spend all the time we can with them Lord. I pray if its your will you will give this dear mother more time with her family, but Lord if it is time to take her home, you will give peace to her dear family. Be with them Lord as she either heals or you take her. Bless this son that loves his mother so much and give him that perfect peace. Lord, I Pray for Patti right now as she goes through this Lord, with her Mom, as I know what she is going through, as I am too with my own Mom's own health and it is hard for our us to watch them Lord, but you know this Lord.
