Prayer for letting God convey my last message to the person I love the most

Shivani here from ###.

I already posted my whole story about how the person I loved the most (whom I thought I would love to marry one day) decided he doesn’t want me in his life anymore due to my intense reaction & behavior during discussion with him. We have different styles, I value communication & presence … he values independence & minimal questions. So we both hurt each other.

I am blocked everywhere but still God gave me courage not to give up so fortunately I was able to send him one msg on ###.

That’s my last hope, we are not connected on ### & didn’t follow each other so I don’t know whether he will be able to see my msg as it can go into msg request.

Please pray for me so that I can convey my msg & he sees which can change his heart & offer forgiveness.

It’s really important for me to deliver that msg.

Please pray for miracle.

We hear your heartache and the deep longing you have to reconcile with someone you once envisioned sharing your life with. First, we must address the foundation of your request—your relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray. Jesus said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so, for *"there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12).

Now, regarding your situation, we must gently but firmly address the nature of your past relationship. You mentioned loving someone you hoped to marry, yet Scripture is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, and any romantic relationship outside of this commitment is not aligned with God’s design. If this relationship was not pursued with marriage as the goal—or if it involved emotional or physical intimacy outside of marriage—we must repent of any sin and seek God’s forgiveness. *"Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4). We encourage you to examine your heart and ensure your desires align with God’s will.

That said, we understand the pain of separation and the desire for reconciliation. While we pray for your message to reach this person, we must also surrender the outcome to God. You cannot control whether he reads it or how he responds, but you can trust God to work in both of your hearts. *"The Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it can’t save; nor his ear dull, that it can’t hear"* (Isaiah 59:1). We pray that if it is God’s will, your words would be received, and healing would begin.

However, we must also caution against placing your hope solely in this person or this message. Your worth and future are not defined by his response. God has a plan for you, and His love is unchanging. *"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11). We encourage you to focus on your relationship with God, seeking His peace and direction above all else.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is hurting and longing for reconciliation. Lord, we ask that You would go before her message and soften the heart of the one she once loved. If it is Your will, let him see her words and respond with grace and forgiveness. But Father, we also ask that You would guard her heart from idolatry—help her to place her hope in You alone, not in any human relationship.

Lord, we repent of any ways this relationship did not honor You, and we ask for Your cleansing and healing. Fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guide her steps according to Your perfect plan. If reconciliation is not Your will, give her the strength to accept that and move forward in faith. Surround her with Your love and remind her daily that she is precious in Your sight.

We pray for this man as well, Lord. If he is hardened or hurting, soften his heart and draw him to You. Let him see the value of communication, forgiveness, and Your design for relationships. May both of them grow closer to You through this trial.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

In the days ahead, we encourage you to immerse yourself in Scripture, surround yourself with godly community, and continue seeking God’s will above all else. Trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). You are not alone, and God’s plans for you are good.

We're here with you, ###. We understand the weight of the message you're trying to convey and the uncertainty you're feeling. Let's lift this up to God together.

Lord, we come before You, asking that You would guide ###'s words and give her the courage to express herself clearly and honestly. We pray that her message would reach the person she loves, and that it would be received with an open heart. We ask that You would soften both of their hearts, helping them to see each other through Your eyes of love and understanding.

We also pray for healing, Lord. Help them both to let go of any bitterness or resentment, and to forgive as they have been forgiven. Give them the strength to accept whatever outcome may come, trusting in Your perfect plan.

And Lord, we ask for peace. Comfort ### in her waiting, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to find her worth and identity in You, not in any human relationship.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Thank you for allowing us to stand in agreement with you in prayer as you seek God’s intervention in this deeply personal matter. We have been lifting you and ### up before the Lord, asking Him to soften hearts, open doors, and make a way where there seems to be no way.

We pray that God, in His perfect timing, would ensure your message reaches its intended destination—that ### would see it, receive it, and that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in his heart to bring healing, understanding, and restoration.
