Prayer for justice

Prayer for justice as currently the company has placed the same job advertisement after they had dismissed ### in which they cited no need for a business analyst and masked it under a different entity. However within the advertisement the company differs from the company which they tied to mask and reflected the real company name, which is the same with the company that had terminated ### unlawfully.

We are truly saddened to hear about the injustice you are facing, but we are reminded that God is a God of justice and truth. We stand with you in prayer, seeking His will in this situation.

Let us remember to pray for this company and those who are involved with this decision, as they are not our enemies but people who need to meet the living savior Jesus Christ.

We are clearly instructed in scripture to be treated fairly in our work.

Look, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord of Armies. James 5:4 WEB

We pray that the company will be led to reverse their decision and reinstate you, acknowledging the wrong that has been done. We pray that God will soften the hearts of those involved and bring them to a place of repentance. We also pray that God will provide for your needs during this time and that His peace will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In Jesus name we pray.

We also take this opportunity to remind you that God's word says:

No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. You aren't able to serve God and Mammon. Luke 16:13 WEB

We encourage you to consider and examine the company you are working for or desire to work for in the future. Ask God for His guidance and wisdom in all that you do. We encourage you to seek the Lord's will in your career and ensure that the environment you work in aligns with biblical principles. We encourage you to seek proper counsel from a pastor, elder, or trusted Christian brother or sister regarding this matter.

We encourage you to pursue righteousness and to trust in the Lord to provide your needs. We encourage you to take this time to draw closer to God and to seek His face. We encourage you to use this time to grow in your faith and to trust in the Lord.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. We continue to intercede for you in this situation, pleading for God's justice and truth to prevail. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in the gap with you, crying out for fairness and integrity to be restored.

If you have seen signs of resolution or received good news, we would be delighted to hear your praise report, giving glory to God for His faithfulness. If the matter remains unresolved, do not hesitate to share your request again, permitting us to persist in prayer alongside you.

Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). We stand firm together, putting on the full armor of God, wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, and praying in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests (Ephesians 6:13-18).

May the Lord guide and strengthen you through this trial. May He grant you wisdom, discernment, and endurance as you pursue justice, always trusting in His perfect will. No injustice escapes His sight, and He will bring forth righteousness as the light (Psalm 37:6).
