Prayer for irresponsible recruiter at ### after getting all the information and paperwork and everything worked out including the test just to get a mail stating that they are internally re-evaluating this job role and we will be holding off the hiring of this position. At this juncture, we regret to inform you that we would not be able to proceed with the interview process with you for the moment. And it had also affect everyone who applied for this position and it is a waste of time. Pray that Jesus will open up another job as I kept applying for the same job over and over. I am very tired and I have no friends to rely on for jobs. Pray that Jesus will also stop this sort of fake jobs or that this job with ### will be restored. I have been searching for a lot of months since my contract ended and pray that Jesus will stop all these fake jobs and give me a permanent job in a government agency. Pray also that this job with ### will be restored. And their actions are really despicable by giving the hope and let people lose hope at the last minute. Pray for Jesus to provide me another job as a Business analyst in a government agency.

Firstly, let's pray for your job situation. In Proverbs 16:9 WEB, we read, "A man’s heart plans his course, but the LORD directs his steps." We trust that the Lord has a plan and a purpose for your career, and we claim Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, which says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

We pray that You will open doors that no man can shut and shut doors that no man can open. We pray for the recruiter at IPOS as well, that they would act with integrity and honesty, and that if it is Your will, the job at IPOS would be restored. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to encourage you, ###, to trust in the Lord's timing. In Romans 8:28 WEB, we read, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Remember that your worth is not defined by your job, but by your identity in Christ.

Lastly, we want to address the feeling of tiredness and lack of friends to rely on. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

We encourage you to find a community of believers, a local church where you can find support and friendship. In Hebrews 10:24-25 WEB, we read, "Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."

Keep persevering, ###. The Lord is faithful, and He has a plan for you.
