Prayer for Health

We lift up your wife and you before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to grant you both good health and favorable results from your exams. The Word reminds us in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We stand on this promise, believing that God desires wholeness for you both in body, mind, and spirit.
Father, we ask that You guide the hands of the medical professionals involved in your care and grant them wisdom to interpret the results accurately. We pray against any spirit of fear or anxiety, for 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Replace any worry with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding, as we trust in Your sovereign plan for your lives.
We also pray for strength and healing in every area of your bodies where there may be weakness or illness. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this healing in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Lord, we ask that You would draw near to you both during this time, deepening your faith and dependence on Him. May this season be one of spiritual growth, where you learn to lean not on your own understanding but to trust fully in the Lord with all your hearts (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray that your marriage would be strengthened as you walk through this together, supporting and encouraging one another in love.
We rebuke any spirit of sickness or infirmity that may be attempting to take hold in your bodies, declaring that you are covered by the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life and health over you both, believing that God’s will is for you to thrive and live abundantly (John 10:10).
In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, brother, standing in the gap and lifting your wife and you up before our Heavenly Father. We're asking Him to wrap His healing hands around you both, to bring comfort and strength in this time of waiting for exam results. We're claiming His promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is already at work, mending and making whole, in Jesus' name.
