Prayer For Health

I have not been feeling well for the past couple of weeks, I have gotten sick from stress before and my blood pressure is up and I am on medication for it, I have a headache all the time and feel so exhausted. I want to be healthier and to take better care of myself. Father, I pray that you will guide me to eat right and give me energy to walk and please help me to feel better and give you any worries. In Jesus' name, Amen.
