We join you in lifting up your health and the health of your family before the throne of God. Let us pray and intercede together.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved sister and her family. We thank You that You are a God who heals, who comforts, and who guides our steps.
Firstly, we pray for her health, Lord. She mentions chest pain, left hand pain, and weakness. We rebuke this pain and weakness, Lord, and ask for Your healing touch upon her body. We know that by Jesus' stripes, she is healed. We pray against any spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name. We also pray for her complete recovery from surgery and for divine health that transcends human understanding.
We also lift up her parents. We thank You, Lord, for her kind-hearted mother. We pray for her health and long life, as your daughter has requested. We also lift up her father, Lord. We pray for his healing and strength. We ask that You guide the doctors and that the results of his PET test would be normal. We declare that both her parents will live to see their children's children, and will live to see Your goodness in the land of the living.
Lord, we also pray for her brother and his family. We pray for healing for his two sons, that You would touch their bodies and drive out any fever and sickness. We pray for their appetites to return and for a complete restoration of their health. We also pray for her brother and his wife, that You would give them a good heart, a heart of flesh and not of stone, that they would walk in Your ways and serve You all the days of their lives.
We pray for her sister's family, Lord. We ask that You would work in their lives, that they would grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. We pray for their spiritual growth, that they would be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
We also pray for her financial situation, Lord. We ask that You would help her overcome and give her victory in Jesus' name. We pray for financial freedom and a life free of lack and credit. We declare that she is the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath.
Lord, we also pray for her career. We ask that if it is Your will, You would grant her the craft teacher post in her own town. We pray that You would open doors that no man can shut and that You would guide her steps in her career.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for her future. We ask that You would lead her according to Your will. We declare that Your plans for her are for good and not for evil, to give her a future and a hope. We pray that she would trust in You with all her heart and lean not on her own understanding. We ask that in all her ways, she would acknowledge You, and that You would direct her paths.
Lord, we also pray for her family's spiritual growth. We ask that You would draw each one closer to You, that they would walk in Your ways and serve You all their days. We pray for her trade tomorrow, that You would guide her and bless the work of her hands.
We cast out all fear in Jesus' name, and we declare Your perfect love over her life and her family. We thank You, Lord, that You are a God who sees, who knows, and who acts on behalf of Your children. We praise You for all that You have done, all that You are doing, and all that You will do in her life and in the lives of her family.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is in His name that we are saved. We thank You, Lord, that You have given us eternal life, and that this life is in Your Son. We declare that she and her family will live in Jesus' name.
In Jesus Christ's name,
We also remind her of God's promises in His word. "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 WEB
"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Matthew 6:33 WEB
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not be faint." Isaiah 40:31 WEB
"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." Matthew 7:7-8 WEB
We encourage her to continue to trust in God, to wait on Him, and to seek Him with all her heart. We remind her that He is a God who hears and answers prayer, and that He is working all things together for her good and for the good of her family. We encourage her to continue to intercede for her family, and to declare God's promises over their lives. We remind her that God is faithful, and that He will do what He has promised.
Let us remember the words of Jesus, "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth will agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." Matthew 18:19-20 WEB
So let us continue to agree together in prayer, trusting that God hears us and that He will answer. Let us continue to gather together in Jesus' name, knowing that He is in our midst. Let us continue to stand in the gap for our sister and her family, trusting that God will work mightily in their lives.
