We rejoice with you in the answered prayer you’ve already experienced, and we lift you up once more before the throne of grace. The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, is available to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We recognize the distress that panic and palpitations bring, and we stand with you in faith, believing that the Lord who calmed the storm on the Sea of Galilee can calm the storms within you.
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Prince of Peace. We ask that You would still the racing heart of this precious young sister. Let her wake each morning enveloped in Your perfect peace, free from the grip of fear. Strengthen her body, steady her nerves, and flood her mind with the truth of Your Word. Remind her that You have not given her a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke every spirit of anxiety and panic in Jesus’ name, declaring that they have no place in her life. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in confidence, knowing that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also encourage you to meditate on Scripture that speaks to God’s care and protection. Psalm 91 is a powerful reminder of His shelter over you: *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust'"* (Psalm 91:1-2). Speak these truths over yourself daily, and let them sink deep into your heart. Consider sharing your struggles with a trusted Christian mentor or counselor who can walk alongside you, pray with you, and help you apply biblical principles to your healing journey.
If there are areas of your life where stress, unforgiveness, or hidden sin may be contributing to these attacks, we gently encourage you to examine your heart before the Lord. Confess anything that may be weighing on your spirit, for *"if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9). Sometimes, physical ailments can be tied to spiritual burdens, and we want you to experience the full freedom Christ offers.
Finally, we declare over you the promise of Isaiah 41:10: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* May you feel His presence with you in every moment, and may His peace rule in your heart. We continue to stand with you in prayer, believing for complete healing and restoration. In Jesus’ name, amen.
