We come before the Lord with you in this time of physical struggle, lifting up your need for healing in your lower back and right hip. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and we know God cares deeply about every part of your well-being. The Scripture reminds us in **James 5:14-15 (WEB)**, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* While we are not elders praying over you in person, we stand with you in faith, trusting in God’s power to restore and strengthen you.
We also recall **Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB)**, which says, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits— who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* Our God is a healer, and we claim this promise over your body today. Yet, we must also remember that healing may come in His timing and in ways we may not always expect—whether through gradual restoration, medical intervention, or even the strength to endure. His ways are higher than ours, and we trust Him completely.
As we pray, we also encourage you to examine your heart before the Lord. Sometimes physical ailments can be connected to unconfessed sin, stress, or spiritual burdens. **1 John 1:9 (WEB)** assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* If there is anything weighing on your spirit, we urge you to lay it before Jesus, who is both your Healer and your Savior.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is suffering from pain in their lower back and right hip. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who knit them together in their mother’s womb, and You know every fiber of their being. We ask for Your healing touch to flow through their body, restoring strength, alignment, and comfort. Remove every inflammation, every strain, and every source of pain. Let Your healing power bring renewal to their bones, muscles, and nerves, that they may walk in freedom and without discomfort.
If there is any underlying cause—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—we pray You would reveal it and bring complete restoration. Give them wisdom to seek the right medical care if needed, and surround them with people who can support them during this time. Lord, we also ask that You would use this trial to draw them closer to You, that they may experience Your presence in a deeper way.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus Christ, declaring that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. By the stripes of Jesus, they are healed, and we stand on that promise today. May they testify of Your goodness and healing power in their life.
Finally, Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect will, whether You choose to heal instantly, gradually, or sustain them through this season. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
In the mighty and holy name of Jesus we pray, **Amen.**
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, both in prayer and in His Word. If this pain persists, consider whether there may be lifestyle changes, medical attention, or even emotional stresses that need to be addressed. Trust that God is working, even when you don’t see it yet. Stay steadfast in faith, and may the Lord bless you with His comfort and healing. If you haven’t already, we also urge you to ensure you are walking closely with Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the fullness of His promises. If you ever need to talk more about your faith or this situation, we are here to walk with you in Christ.
