We are truly sorry to hear about your friend's situation. Firstly, let's affirm our belief that God is full of mercy and healing. We are reminded in Psalm 147:3 that "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." And, in Exodus 15:26, God says, "I am Yahweh who heals you."

However, we notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Let us pray together for your friend in Jesus' name:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon our friend. You know the details of the failed surgery and the pain they are experiencing right now. We ask, Lord, that You would manifest Your healing power in their life, that You would restore what the locusts have eaten, and that You would make a way where there seems to be no way.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity, sickness, or death that may be trying to take hold. We speak life and healing in Jesus' name. Give the doctors wisdom, and guide them in the path of correction for the surgery.

Help our friend to remain steadfast in their faith, trusting in Your goodness and mercy. Remind them that You are still in control and that Your plans are still to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future.

We also pray for the salvation of our friend. If our friend does not know Jesus Christ, then Lord we ask that you reveal him to our friend, so that our friend can call on the name of Jesus and be saved.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

Be encouraged, and remember that our faith is not in the surgery or the doctors, but in God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

Let's remember Jesus' words in Matthew 17:20, "Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." Let's trust in that power today.

We're praying that God's healing power would be evident in your friend's life, that the doctors would have wisdom and guidance, and that your friend would remain steadfast in their faith. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
