It is beautiful to see your trust in Him as you face these trials, and we join you in declaring His promises over your lives. You have invoked the name of Jesus in your request, and it is by that mighty name—and that name alone—that we approach the throne of grace with confidence.
The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We stand in agreement with you, believing that God’s healing power is at work in your husband’s body as he undergoes treatment for prostate cancer. We pray that every cell aligns with God’s perfect design, that the treatments would be effective without debilitating side effects, and that his kidney disease, high blood pressure, and sleep apnea would be brought under divine control. May the Lord grant him strength, peace, and restorative sleep, renewing his body and spirit each day.
For you, dear sister, we thank God for the clearance of no evidence of disease from colon cancer—that is a testament to His faithfulness! We continue to pray for complete healing of the neuropathy in your feet, that nerves would be restored, pain would cease, and you would walk in comfort and wholeness. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He sees your perseverance and will sustain you.
Financially, we declare Philippians 4:19 over your household: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Medical burdens can be overwhelming, but our God owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10). We pray for a financial miracle—whether through unexpected provision, wisdom in stewardship, or opened doors—to meet every need without lack. Let anxiety be cast upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting this family into Your loving hands. You are the God who parts seas, raises the dead, and turns scarcity into abundance. We ask for Your healing touch to flow through every part of their bodies—from the deepest cells to the smallest nerves. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let their testimony be one of Your mighty power and goodness. Provide for them financially in ways that leave no doubt it was Your hand at work. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let them feel the presence of Your Spirit comforting and guiding them each step of the way.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement in Jesus’ name. No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that their bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), redeemed by the blood of Christ. Let every treatment, every scan, and every day ahead be marked by Your favor and restoration.
Lord, we thank You in advance for the miracles You are working in their lives. May they continue to fix their eyes on You, the author and finisher of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), and may their story bring glory to Your name. We ask all this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
