Prayer for guidance and strength in facing challenges.

Dear Lord,

How am I going to come up with the ###.00 for the ###'s first surgery next week and how are we going to handle him off of work for three weeks for the hernia surgery as well? How am I going to be able to afford my ###'s meds? I am scared that we aren't going to make it, Lord. I don't know what to do.
