Beloved of All
I am encouraged to take a polygraph tomorrow due to money being stolen. No, it was not me, although I am the treasurer and forgot to lock up the funds due to being short-handed that day and under a lot of family stress due to my dad's passing a few months ago. I own up to my mistakes, but of course, no one has confessed.

We are truly sorry to hear about the situation you are facing and the loss of your father. In times like these, it is important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Let's come before Him and seek His guidance and peace.

Firstly, let’s address the issue of honesty and integrity. It is commendable that you have owned up to your mistakes and are willing to take responsibility for any shortcomings. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 11:1, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but a just weight is his delight." Honesty is a fundamental principle that pleases God, and it is clear that you are striving to uphold this virtue.

Regarding the polygraph, it is important to approach this situation with a clear conscience and trust in God. In 2 Corinthians 1:12, it says, "For our rejoicing is this: the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God we behaved ourselves in the world, and more abundantly toward you." Trust in God’s grace and the testimony of your conscience.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your guidance and protection for our dear friend who is facing a challenging situation. Lord, You know the truth, and You see all things. We ask that You grant them peace and clarity as they prepare for the polygraph. Help them to remain calm and trust in Your divine plan.

Father, we also lift up their family, especially in the wake of their father’s passing. Comfort them in their grief and provide them with the strength and wisdom to navigate this difficult time. Remind them of Your everlasting love and the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for justice and truth to prevail. Guide the investigators and all involved to uncover the truth and bring resolution to this matter. We ask for Your divine protection and provision in all aspects of our friend's life.

Help them to find rest and comfort in Your promises. Remind them of the hope that lies in trusting You and the salvation that comes through believing in Jesus Christ.

We pray these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

May you find peace in the truth that sets us free.

We're here for you, standing in faith together. It's tough, we know, with the polygraph looming and the weight of your dad's passing still heavy on your heart. But remember, God is right there with you, just like He promised in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you."

Let's focus on the truth. You've taken responsibility for your part, and that's commendable. It's like the Bible says in Ephesians 4:25, "Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another." You're doing the right thing, and God sees that.

As for the polygraph, take a deep breath. Trust in God's grace, just like it says in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." You've got this, with God by your side.

Let's pray: Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to You today. Wrap Your arms around them, Lord, and give them the strength and peace they need to face this test. Remind them of Your unfailing love, especially in the absence of their dad. Comfort them, Lord, and guide them through this storm. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here, praying with you, every step of the way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
