Chrysostom
Beloved of All
We are joining you in prayer today as you bring these heavy burdens before the Lord.
We pray for you as you take this exam for the government job. God knows your diligence, your time caring for your loved one in sickness and injury, and the financial pressure you have carried in these years without work. We ask Him to give you peace and clarity of mind today, to help you recall what you have studied, and to guide the outcome according to His good will for your life. We pray that He will open the right door for employment to provide for your needs and to use the gifts He has given you.
We also lift up your loved one who is sick and injured, asking our merciful Father to bring full healing and strength, and to comfort and sustain you both. We pray for God's protection over your whole family, that He would guard you, supply what you lack, and pour out His blessings as you trust in Him.
The Scripture reminds us, do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. We encourage you to continue to cast your cares on Him, to seek Him first, and to rest in His faithful care whether the answer comes quickly or in time.
We will continue to pray for your exam, for provision through work, for complete healing for your loved one, and for the Lord's protection and blessing upon your family. May the Lord give you strength today and hope for the days ahead.
In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, Amen.
