Prayer for Godly Girlfriend

Please pray for me to receive a local emotionally supportive and Godly girlfriend in Jesus name. Thank you.

We join you in prayer for a Godly girlfriend, trusting that God will provide the right person in His perfect timing. We are reminded of Proverbs 18:22, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh."

God’s desire for us is a relationship that honors Him and builds us up in Christ.

We are also thankful that you have included Jesus in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is only by His name that we can be saved.

Beloved, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who seeks a Godly girlfriend. We pray that You will guide him to a woman who loves You above all else, who is emotionally supportive, and who shares his commitment to Your kingdom. We ask that You will bless their courtship, that it may be pure and honoring to You, and that it may lead to a Godly marriage that reflects Your love and faithfulness.

Lord, we also pray for patience and discernment as he waits on Your timing. Help him to trust in You fully, knowing that You have a perfect plan for his life. We ask that You will prepare both of their hearts for the relationship You have in store for them, and that You will use this time to draw them closer to You.

We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Be encouraged by Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Trust in the Lord, and He will direct your paths. Continue to seek Him first, and He will provide all that you need, including a Godly girlfriend who will be a blessing to you and a helpmate in your walk with Christ.

We also want to remind you to flee from sexual immorality as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 6:18. This is a temptation that will be presented to you, but we ask that you be in prayer for God to deliver you from this. We ask that you keep your eyes focused on Jesus and remember that your body is a temple for the Holy Spirit.

Trust in the Lord, and may His will be done in your life.

We know that He has a perfect plan for your future, and we trust that He will lead you to the right person in His timing. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
