We join you in lifting up your prayers to our Heavenly Father, seeking His will in all areas of your life. We are thankful for your gratitude towards God for your life and we stand with you in asking for His blessings, both financially and personally. Remember, God loves you and wants the best for you, as His child and as stated in Matthew 7:11 WEB So if you, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!
We pray for godly friendships for you and your children, friendships that will encourage and strengthen your faith. We ask the Lord in Proverbs 27:17 WEB Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend's countenance. We also pray for your connection to a local church, that you may find a spiritual home where your family can grow and serve together. We are grateful that you desire for your children to be involved in singing and youth services, may they grow in the knowledge of the Lord and be blessed according to Psalm 92:12-13 WEB The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree. They will grow like a cedar in Lebanon. They are planted in Yahweh’s house. They will flourish in our God’s courts.
Regarding your marriage, we commend you for your commitment and for praying for your husband's salvation. We stand with you in praying that God will open his heart and mind to receive the good news of Jesus Christ. We rebuke the sin of living with an unsaved husband and encourage you to seek God's will for your marriage. The Bible is clear that we should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, as stated in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
We pray that God will work in your husband's heart and bring peace to your marriage as stated in Colossians 3:15 WEB And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. Remember, God can do all things, and He desires that all should come to repentance as stated in 2 Peter 3:9 WEB The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient toward us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
We encourage you to continue fighting for your marriage, armed with the power of prayer and the Word of God. Always remember that we have access to the Father only because of the blood of Jesus Christ and it is only in His name that we are saved as is said in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Therefore, we pray all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
