We come before the Lord with you in humility and gratitude, lifting up your heart’s cry for forgiveness, healing, and godly provision. It is a beautiful thing that you seek the Lord’s will in all areas of your life, and we join you in praying for His mercy, guidance, and perfect timing in every request.
First, let us rejoice with you in the gift of salvation and the forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ. There is no greater joy than knowing that when we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. As it is written in 1 John 1:9, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* We praise God that you are turning to Him in repentance, for it is only through Christ that we find true forgiveness and restoration. If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). It is by His name alone that we approach the throne of grace, and we encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator and our only hope.
We also lift up your desire for a wife, and we pray that the Lord will guide you in His perfect will. It is good that you seek a godly woman who follows the Lord, for *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14). Marriage is a sacred covenant before God, and it is His design that a man and woman come together in lifelong commitment, reflecting Christ’s love for His Church. We pray that the Lord will prepare you to be a godly husband, one who loves as Christ loves, leading with humility, patience, and selflessness. *"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for her"* (Ephesians 5:25). We ask the Lord to bring the right woman into your life in His timing, without the need for worldly methods like dating agencies, which often operate outside of God’s principles. Trust in Him, for *"The steps of a good man are ordered by Yahweh. He delights in his way"* (Psalm 37:23). Be patient and seek the Lord’s face, for He knows the desires of your heart and will provide according to His perfect will.
Regarding your mention of a specific age difference, we encourage you to surrender this detail to the Lord. While it is natural to have preferences, we must trust that God’s ways are higher than ours. *"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways,” says Yahweh. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts"* (Isaiah 55:8-9). Seek a woman who fears the Lord above all else, for *"Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised"* (Proverbs 31:30). Be our strength every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble"* (Isaiah 33:2). May the Lord’s presence be their strength and hope during this time.
Finally, we thank God with you for the provision of your freelance work. It is a blessing to see His hand sustaining you, and we pray that He will continue to open doors for you to prosper in all you do. *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this"* (Psalm 37:4-5). Bring into his life a woman who fears You, who walks in Your statutes, and who will be a helper suited for him. Let this union be founded on Your principles, reflecting Christ’s love for His Church. Lord, we surrender every detail to You, including preferences and timelines, trusting that Your will is perfect. Guard his heart from impatience or worldly influences, and let him wait upon You with faith and expectation.
We ask for Your healing touch upon his body, Lord. Relieve his back pain and restore strength to every part of him. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we trust in Your power to bring wholeness. We also lift up his friend who is hospitalized, asking for Your healing hand to be upon them. Comfort them, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a mighty way. Bring them to complete recovery, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind.
Father, we thank You for the provision of work, and we ask that You would continue to bless the labor of his hands. Provide for every need, and open doors of opportunity that align with Your will. Let him be a light in his workplace, reflecting Your love and integrity in all he does.
Lord, we commit every area of his life into Your hands. Lead him, guide him, and let Your will be done in his life. May he seek You first in all things, trusting that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in him.
