We come before You, Father, with hearts full of gratitude for Your provision and love. Thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again so that we might have eternal life. We are grateful for this opportunity regarding the sale of the lot, and we lift it up to You, asking for Your divine guidance and will to be done.
Lord, we know that all things are possible with You, and we trust in Your perfect timing and plan. We pray that if this sale is in accordance with Your will, You would open the doors and remove any obstacles that may stand in the way. We ask for wisdom and favor in the meeting with the sheriff and the attorney, that Your peace and protection would surround all involved.
Father, we also want to encourage our brother in Christ to seek Your will in all things, not just in this matter but in every aspect of life. We pray that he would continue to grow in his faith and trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We rebuke any spirit of doubt, fear, or anxiety that may try to creep in, and we declare that our brother is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37). We pray that he would find his strength and peace in You, knowing that You are his refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).
Heavenly Father, we also want to take a moment to address the importance of seeking You first in all things. We are reminded of Matthew 6:33, which says, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." We pray that our brother would continue to seek Your Kingdom and righteousness above all else, trusting that You will provide for his needs.
Lord, we pray for the prospective buyer, that You would soften their heart and lead them to make a decision that aligns with Your will. We ask that You would bless both parties in this transaction, that it would be fair and just, and that Your name would be glorified through it all.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
