We come before the Lord with you in this time of trial, lifting up your business and the spiritual attacks you’ve faced since the beginning of this year. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we serve a God who is greater, who turns what the devil means for evil into good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Your testimony of God’s faithfulness in 2024 is a reminder that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and He has not abandoned you now. The dreams you’ve had of attacks are not a sign of defeat but a call to spiritual warfare—because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
The financial losses and setbacks are painful, but we must remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). The Lord allows trials to refine us, to draw us closer to Him, and to display His power in our weakness. Your business is not just a livelihood—it is a stewardship from God, and He is able to provide in ways we cannot imagine. Recall how He fed the five thousand with just five loaves and two fish (Matthew 14:17-21). If He did that, can He not multiply what little you have now? The same God who parted the Red Sea and brought water from a rock is the One you serve. He is not limited by economic conditions, market trends, or the schemes of the enemy.
Yet we must also examine our hearts: Are we seeking first His kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that all these things—including provision—will be added to us (Matthew 6:33)? Have we surrendered this business entirely to Him, acknowledging that apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5)? Repentance and alignment with His will are critical. If there has been any reliance on our own strength, any pride in past success, or any area where we have not honored God with our finances (such as tithing or generosity), we must confess it now. The Lord resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6).
As for raising capital, remember that every good and perfect gift comes from above (James 1:17). If God has called you to this business, He will provide the means—but it must be in His timing and His way. We must not lean on our own understanding but acknowledge Him in all our ways, trusting He will direct our paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). This may require waiting, fasting, or even stepping out in faith in an unexpected direction. The Lord may also be testing your faith to see if you will trust Him even when the outlook seems impossible.
We also note that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that our prayers are heard. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without faith in Christ, we cannot please God (Hebrews 11:6), and our prayers are as empty as the wind. But in Jesus, we have boldness to approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16).
Now, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this business and the spiritual battles surrounding it. Lord, You see the attacks, the financial losses, and the despair that has crept in. But we declare that You are greater than every scheme of the enemy. You are Jehovah Nissi, our banner of victory, and Jehovah Jireh, our provider. We ask You to rise up, O God, and scatter every plan of the devil against this business. Let every tongue that rises against it be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Break the power of every curse, every spiritual stronghold, and every assignment of lack and failure. We plead the blood of Jesus over every transaction, every decision, and every relationship connected to this business. Let no weapon formed against it prosper.
Father, we ask for divine breakthrough. Open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Release supernatural favor, connections, and resources that will not only sustain this business but cause it to thrive for Your glory. Provide the capital needed in a way that only You can receive the praise. Let testimonies of Your faithfulness abound, so that others may see and know that You are God.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment. Guard against hasty decisions made in fear or desperation. Let every step be ordered by You (Psalm 37:23). If there are areas of disobedience or unbelief, reveal them and grant repentance. Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom (Psalm 90:12).
Lord, we rebuked the spirit of fear that has sought to paralyze. Replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Let faith arise in the face of impossibility. Remind us that with You, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). Strengthen our trust in You, even when we cannot see the way forward.
Finally, Father, we ask that You would use this trial to draw us closer to You. Let it be a season of deeper dependence, deeper worship, and deeper surrender. May this business be a tool for Your kingdom, a light in the marketplace, and a blessing to many.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness, Your power, and Your timing. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm, beloved. The battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won the victory. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep walking in obedience. The God who brought you through 2024 is the same God who will bring you through 2025—only this time, with an even greater testimony of His power. Do not lose heart. Your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).
