Prayer for employment with Sprout

We are joining with you in prayer for your son's employment, trusting in God's perfect plan for his life. We are reminded of the scripture in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
As your son pursues this job opportunity, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this beloved son to You. We thank You for his life and the plans You have for him. We ask that Your will be done in his employment search, and that You would guide him to the job that You have prepared for him.
Lord, we specifically pray for his phone interview today. Grant him wisdom, discernment, and the ability to communicate effectively. Help him to stand out among the other applicants, and let Your favor be evident in this process.
We pray that he will look to You for wisdom and direction, and that he would remember the words of Colossians 3:23 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
We also ask that You would provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory. Help him to trust in You and to rest in the knowledge that You are faithful to provide.
Remind him of Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB): Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Finally, we pray that he would remember to keep You at the center of his life as he navigates this season. Help him to grow in his faith and to become more like You each day.
We pray this all to You Father, and we ask this in Jesus Christ's name. It is in Jesus' name that we pray, Amen.
We encourage you both to continue to seek God's will in this situation, and to trust in His timing and provision. Be strong and of good courage, and know that God is with you both, every step of the way.
