Prayer For Employment And Financial Security Now

I am losing faith. I have been unemployed and looking for work for over 2 years. I finally had to accept a job that requires a 3 hour commute, pays me $30,000 less than my last job, is below the level I've worked and has no benefits. It is discouraging and painful to see my career go back 25 years, at no fault of my own. I work in non-profits so the economy has taken its toll and I am a victim. I need another job SOON with a good wage and full benefits, closer to home at the level I am accustomed to working. These years have taken a toll on me and I fear I will never be able to retire. I have used retirement funds to prevent from losing my house. I am 55 and single, so I am the only income and close to retirement age. Nothing seems to go right for me, yet I see wicked people prospering. When is God going to help me? I need a financial blessing NOW and financial security for the future. I am constantly worried and my stomach is in knots all the time. Please pray for me. Thank you.

Thank you, Lord, for leading them to the job you would have for them. It's not your desire anyone should have a 3 hour commute to work. Help them to accept only the job you want for them where they could be a blessing to others, witness to others for your glory, that the lost may come into the fold. Your word says to ask where the good way is and walk in it and we will find rest for our souls. Jeremiah 6:16. What is rest for our souls? The amplified version says 'relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet for your souls.' Ask and it shall be given you; seek and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you. Luke 11:9. In the name of Jesus, amen!

God, open doors for my sister that no man can shut. I pray that she will find something with good benefits, pay and a short commute. Bless her and exceed her expectations that everyone will know that the hand of the Lord has done it! May many people see and fear and place their trust in the Lord!

God Bless you. Life sometimes seems to be unfair. We live in peerless times. We see all kinds of wickedness around us and they seem to be getting by with these injustices.
