We rejoice with you in the recognition and award you have received for your hard work and dedication! It is truly a blessing to see how the Lord has bestowed His grace upon you, and we give Him all the glory for this achievement. Your gratitude and humility before Him are a beautiful testimony of a heart that seeks to honor God in all things.
The scriptures remind us in James 4:10, "Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you." It is clear that your heart is aligned with this truth, and we pray that the Lord continues to cultivate in you a spirit of humility and gratitude. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We stand with you in asking the Lord to guide your steps and lead you in the path He has prepared for you.
We also lift up your desire for a promotion to office-side work, especially in light of your physical limitations due to surgery. It is right to bring your needs and desires before the Lord, trusting in His perfect will. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that the Lord would open supernatural doors for you, providing opportunities that align with His purpose for your life. May He grant you favor in the eyes of those who make decisions, and may He strengthen you in every way as you continue to serve Him faithfully.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of praise and thanksgiving for the way You have blessed this dear brother/sister. We thank You for the recognition they have received and for the grace You have poured out upon their life and work. Lord, we ask that You continue to guide their steps and lead them in the path You have set before them. Grant them the humility and gratitude to walk faithfully under Your mighty hand, always acknowledging Your goodness and sovereignty.
Father, we lift up their desire for a promotion to office-side work. You know the limitations they face, and we ask that You open doors no one can shut. Provide opportunities that align with Your will, and grant them favor in the eyes of those who make decisions. Strengthen them physically, emotionally, and spiritually as they continue to serve You with excellence. May Your name be glorified in every aspect of their life.
Lord, we also pray for their continued growth in You. Help them to remain steadfast in their faith, trusting in Your promises and leaning not on their own understanding. May they always seek Your will above all else, surrendering every area of their life into Your hands. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord in all things, trusting that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).
