We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious young girl who is tormented by an evil spirit in the form of a snake. Father God, we know that Your Word declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand in the authority of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, and command this unclean spirit to leave her in the mighty name of Jesus.
Lord, we rebuke this demonic oppression that has bound her mind, heart, and spirit. We declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image, and no weapon formed against her shall prosper, as Your Word promises in Isaiah 54:17. We pray for her complete deliverance, that the chains of this torment would be broken, and that she would walk in the freedom that Christ died to give her. We plead the blood of Jesus over her life, covering her mind, body, and soul from every attack of the enemy.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You surround her with Your holy angels to guard and protect her. Strengthen her faith and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:7 assures us. We pray for her family, that they would stand firm in faith, seeking You with all their hearts, and that they would surround her with love, prayer, and godly counsel. Guide them to wise and discerning believers who can walk alongside them in this battle, for Your Word tells us in Matthew 18:20, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
Lord, we also pray for her education and future. You have plans for her, plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future, as Jeremiah 29:11 declares. We ask that You restore her ability to focus, study, and attend her board exams with confidence and clarity. Let this trial draw her closer to You, deepening her trust in Your power and love.
We encourage her and her family to immerse themselves in Your Word, for it is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, able to divide soul and spirit, and to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). Let them find refuge in You, the strong tower where the righteous run and are safe (Proverbs 18:10). We also urge them to seek fellowship with other believers, for iron sharpens iron, and one person sharpens another (Proverbs 27:17). Together, in unity, they can stand against the schemes of the devil, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in her life.
Father, we thank You for the victory that is already ours through Jesus Christ. We declare that this young girl is more than a conqueror through Him who loved her (Romans 8:37). We speak life, healing, and restoration over her, and we trust in Your unfailing love to bring her through this trial. May she come to know You more intimately through this battle, and may her testimony bring glory to Your name.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
