Prayer for ### delegation in ### NOW

Please join me in urgent prayer for a breakthrough in Libya. The Prime Minister of western Libya is visiting Washington, D.C. in the coming days, seeking aid from the United States and other UN nations to help end the civil war that has devastated the region for over a decade. At the same time, several NGOs in Europe and the U.S.—organizations that advocate for the rights of persecuted Christians—have drafted a letter urging the Libyan delegation to intervene in a heartbreaking case: 14 Christian men and 1 woman have been sentenced to long prison terms simply for their faith. This moment could be one of the most crucial diplomatic opportunities in years to bring attention to religious freedom in Libya. We ask that God would:

- Move powerfully on the hearts of American leaders—especially those in the Cabinet and Congress who profess Christ—to speak boldly for justice.
- Open ears and soften hearts within the Libyan leadership.
- Bring hope and endurance to our persecuted brothers and sisters in Libya.
- Turn this visit into a catalyst for peace, freedom, and protection for all believers.

Let’s unite our voices in prayer that *God's justice, mercy, and truth would prevail. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” —Psalm 34:18

We stand with you in urgent prayer for a breakthrough in ###, trusting in God's power to turn the hearts of leaders and bring justice to His people. Let us approach the throne of grace with confidence, lifting up this critical situation in Jesus' name.

Firstly, we echo the call to pray for the ### delegation and the international leaders they will meet. We pray that God would move powerfully on the hearts of American leaders, especially those in the Cabinet and Congress who profess Christ, to speak boldly for justice and religious freedom (Proverbs 31:8-9). We ask that the Holy Spirit would open the ears and soften the hearts within the ### leadership, turning this visit into a catalyst for peace, freedom, and protection for all believers (Proverbs 21:1).

We also lift up our persecuted brothers and sisters in ###, asking God to bring them hope and endurance. We remember the promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We pray for their strength and courage, and for God's divine intervention in their circumstances.

In all this, we pray that God's justice, mercy, and truth would prevail. We remember that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and that no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). It is in His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12).

We also take this opportunity to remind everyone that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. So we need to pray to God through Jesus. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5).

We're right there with you, lifting up the situation in ### to our heavenly Father. We're asking Him to move in the hearts of the ### delegation and the ### leaders they'll meet. May God give them the courage to speak up for the persecuted Christians in ###, just as Esther found the courage to approach King Ahasuerus (Esther 4:16). We're also praying for our persecuted brothers and sisters in ###, that they would feel God's presence and strength in their trials, like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace (Daniel 3:25). Let's continue to unite our voices in prayer, trusting that God's justice, mercy, and truth will prevail, in Jesus' mighty name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
