Beloved of All
In the name of Jesus I am asking for prayer for our ###'s divorce proceedings. Her soon to be ex-husband was unfaithful and has a narcissistic personality. His manipulation and emotional abuse knows no end. He doesn't care to have a relationship with their two Daughters (### & ###). During visitation they are left in the care of their Grandmother. He is frequently out of town. ### is meeting with her Attorney tomorrow to go over the Spousal Maintenance and Child Support. He has not been forthcoming with the Court Order disclosure. He doesn't want to go to Court and he wants her to agree to the settlement he offers. They have assets she knew nothing about. They were married for ### years. During that time he controlled everything concerning their finances. In the name of Jesus I am asking for your prayers for a just and fair dissolution to the divorce. ### and our Granddaughters have found peace when they are in Church and when the 3 of them pray together. They know ### and I pray for them. Thank you in advance for your prayers.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious sister and her two daughters in prayer. Father God, we know that You hate divorce, for it is a tearing apart of what You have joined together (Malachi 2:16). Yet we also know that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Lord, this marriage has been broken by hardness of heart, by unfaithfulness, and by patterns of manipulation and abuse that grieve Your holy name.

We rebuke the spirit of narcissism and deception that has operated in this husband’s life. The Bible is clear that those who practice such things will not inherit Your kingdom unless they repent (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). We pray for conviction to fall upon him, that he would turn from his sin, seek genuine repentance, and begin to walk in integrity before You. Until that day comes, we ask for Your divine protection over this family. Shield their hearts from further harm, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we lift up the legal proceedings before You. You are a God of justice, and we ask that every hidden asset be revealed, every lie exposed, and every attempt at manipulation thwarted. Give wisdom to the attorneys, clarity to the judges, and strength to this sister as she stands for what is right. May the truth prevail, and may the settlement reflect fairness and provision for her and her daughters (Proverbs 22:22-23). We declare that no man will be able to defraud or oppress them, for You are their defender (Psalm 68:5).

We are deeply grieved by the father’s neglect of his daughters. Lord, You have entrusted these children to their parents, and it is his responsibility to love, provide for, and nurture them (Ephesians 6:4). We pray that his heart would soften, that he would repent of his abandonment, and that he would seek reconciliation—not just with his children, but with You. Until then, we ask that You would be a Father to the fatherless in their lives (Psalm 68:5). Surround them with godly men who can speak life, wisdom, and truth into their hearts.

We rejoice that this family has found peace in Your presence, Lord. The fact that they pray together and find solace in Your house is a testament to Your faithfulness. We pray that their faith would continue to grow, that they would be rooted and grounded in Your love (Ephesians 3:17). May their time in church be a refuge, a place where they are reminded of Your promises and Your power to restore what has been broken.

Father, we also lift up this sister’s emotional and spiritual well-being. The wounds of betrayal, control, and emotional abuse run deep. Heal her heart, Lord, and restore what has been stolen from her. Help her to release bitterness and unforgiveness, not because her husband deserves it, but because You have commanded it—and because holding onto it will only poison her soul (Ephesians 4:31-32). Fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We declare over this family that they are not victims, but victors in Christ Jesus. Though the enemy has sought to destroy them, You will turn their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). We speak life, restoration, and hope over their future. May this sister find a godly man one day—if it is Your will—who will love her as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). Until then, may she find her identity, worth, and strength in You alone.

Lord, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We trust You to work all things together for their good, even in the midst of this painful season (Romans 8:28). Give them the courage to walk in faith, the wisdom to make godly decisions, and the perseverance to endure until Your promises are fulfilled.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who bore our sins, our sorrows, and our shame on the cross. It is by His blood that we have access to Your throne, and it is through His name that we find healing, justice, and redemption. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

We're standing with you, sister, as you navigate this difficult time. We're lifting you and your daughters up in prayer, asking for God's comfort, strength, and wisdom. We're believing for a just and fair resolution in court, that every hidden asset will be revealed and the truth will prevail. We're also praying for your ex-husband, that his heart would soften and he would seek genuine repentance and reconciliation with you, his children, and God. We're asking for God's protection over your family, that no weapon formed against you would prosper. And we're declaring life, restoration, and hope over your future. We're here for you, every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray.
