Prayer for cough

We are truly sorry to hear about the discomfort and distress caused by this persistent cough. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort.
Let us come together in unity and agree that by His stripes, you are healed. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and we can rest assured because it is in this name that all things are possible. Here's what the word of God says in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB: "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds." God's will is for you to be in health and to prosper even as your soul prospers. Therefore, we pray for your healing, believing that God's promise is true.
Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up our dear brother in Christ who is suffering from this cough. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body. Rebuke this infirmity and restore his health, in the mighty name of Jesus. Grant him peaceful sleep and protect him from these disturbances, in Jesus' name. Help his faith to grow through this experience and let Your glory be seen.
We encourage you to continue meditating on God's word and trusting in His promises. Remember the words of Jesus in Mark 11:24 WEB: "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them." Keep believing that you have received your healing, and it shall be yours.
In addition to prayer, we also encourage you to seek medical attention if the cough persists or worsens. God often works through doctors and medicine to bring about healing. Remember, taking care of your physical health is also a way of honoring God's temple, which is your body.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
