We are truly saddened to hear about the trial you have been facing and thank you for reaching out and sharing your story with us. First, it is important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is in Jesus' name we pray and approach God the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved.
The Bible tells us that there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death Romans 8:1-2 (WEB).
When we trust in Jesus, our sins are forgiven and we are redeemed from the curse of sin. It is unfortunate when others choose to judge and condemn, but know this: God’s forgiveness and redemption are final. No one can take that away from you. People may judge and condemn, but they do not have the ultimate say. God does not look at you and see your past; instead, He sees the righteousness of His Son, Jesus, who has paid the price for our sins.
As Jesus was falsely accused and condemned, remember these words from Him: If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, since I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you: ‘A servant is not greater than his lord.’ If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will keep yours also. But all these things will they do to you for my name’s sake, because they don’t know him who sent me (John 15:18-21 (WEB)).
1 Peter 2:20-23 (WEB): For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God. For to this were you called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps, who did not sin, “neither was deceit found in his mouth.” Who, when he was cursed, didn’t curse back. When he suffered, didn’t threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who has endured false accusations and condemnation. Lord, we ask that You redeem her from the haunting memories of the past and the stigma that comes with such accusations. Help her to know with certainty that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
Father, we pray for complete healing and restoration. Give her the strength to overcome the feelings of shame, embarrassment, and rejection. Help her to stand firm in the knowledge that she is forgiven and redeemed by the blood of Jesus. Give her the courage to hold her head high, knowing that her reputation is secure in You.
We also pray for her daughter, that You would continue to heal and protect her. We ask for Your grace and mercy to cover them both, and for Your will to be done in their lives.
Guide her to the spouse that you have prepared for her in marriage and that the Lord will bless her with a Godly marriage that honors Him.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God’s face and trusting in His promises.
