Prayer For Clear Direction W/ex Fiance

10 days ago my ex fiance contacted me after 6 mos indicating he missed me, made a mistake and still loved me. I had prayed for this for mos as he called off our wedding suddenly following the death of his mom. Today and the days before this day he has been very cold and short. Not much effort to communicate, almost dismissive. He had surgery yesterday and I sent flowers in his favorte colors to show I cared. I sent him a few follow up texts to ask how he was doing in the evening yesterday. He was short. I have asked previous to his surgery to get together and talk on the phone or in person and nothing came to fruition. Everything inside of me wants to dismiss him altogether today because I do not want to set myself up for further heartache, but I have a feeling that I am being a bit sensitive or inpatient since it has only been 10 days, since he has had surgery just yesterday and since we have not even met up in person. I just feel like I am pulling teeth to communicate and that if he was truly interested he would have contacted me or responded more. Thank you for your prayers. I want him in my life again and soon. I want him to be my husband forever and to love him. Please pray for me. Please pray that God opens his eyes and if it is his will that he contacts me tonight to speak.

Father, Thank You for doing what only You can do in the hearts and minds of Your people. We ask that Your will be done concerning each relationship that comes before us for prayer. We are so thankful Lord that You know the end from the beginning and that You know what is best for each one concerned. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
