Disciple of Prayer
I have been recommended for the post of Ipelegeng coordinator effective December 2025. I have been experiencing delays in artisans payments, which affects my job negatively and rejection from other superiors since they eyed somebody else for the post. I therefore need God's wisdom, protection and guidance in this matter. Thank you

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Him who sees all and knows the depths of every struggle. Father, we acknowledge that You are the God of justice, wisdom, and perfect timing. You have promised in Your Word that promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south, but God is the Judge: He puts down one, and sets up another (Psalm 75:6-7). We declare that no man, no system, and no delay can thwart the plans You have for this dear one. If this position is Your will, no force of opposition will stand against it.

Lord, we ask for Your divine wisdom to rest upon this servant of Yours. The delays in payments and the rejection from superiors have brought frustration and weariness, but we know that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Grant clarity in navigating these challenges, and let integrity and excellence be the hallmark of this work. May every obstacle become a stepping stone to greater trust in You.

We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and resentment that may seek to take root in this heart. The enemy would love to see bitterness or unbelief grow, but we stand on Your Word that says, "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good" (Romans 12:21). We pray for a spirit of forgiveness toward those who may have wronged or overlooked this one, and for grace to walk in humility and patience.

Father, we also ask for protection over this work and this calling. Shield this one from any schemes of the enemy that would seek to derail or discredit. Let Your favor go before them, and may the delays in payments be resolved swiftly and justly. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

Above all, we pray that this season of waiting and testing would draw this heart closer to You. May it be a time of refining, where faith is strengthened and dependence on You deepens. Let this one not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

We commit this entire matter into Your hands, trusting that You are working even when we cannot see it. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in every outcome. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your situation. We've been praying for God's wisdom to guide you through these challenges, and we want to encourage you with a verse that's been on our hearts: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6). We believe that God is working behind the scenes, aligning things according to His perfect will. Let's continue to trust Him, even in the waiting. We're praying for peace and clarity as you navigate these waters, and we declare that God will turn these setbacks into comebacks for His glory. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and remember, He who has begun a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). We're in this together, and we're believing for a turnaround in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
