Prayer for career growth

I would first that this prayer platform for their prayers and keeping us strengthened through their prayers. I have been working in this organisation for more than ### years. I have achieved academically within those years. I have tried to apply to other organisations but nothing good happened. no promotions since my joining this organisation. My prayer is that may the Mighty God provide me with light in my career path and place me where i am rightfully belong and grow career-wise. I know God is in control.
