Prayer for business/marriage

Good day, I am asking for prayer for God to favour my company and bring me a full time contract. I am currently working for a company but this job is not for me. I own my own company as well and I am asking for God to make my company thrive. I am a single mom and can't make ends meet working where I am. But if I had the right contract for my company I could make it and have savings plus have money in my company.

Also asking for prayer for a husband. I have been a single mom for 6½ years. I have been married twice, both were abusive and toxic. Praying this time will be full of love, respect, companionship, fun and purpose. I met a man 4 months ago, both of us felt a connection right away and could see a future together. He got scared of his feelings because he had lost his partner 2 years ago and I think he felt guilty for moving forward. Praying God will healing his heart and mind and that God will bring us back together and it'll be a beautiful union. Thank you for your prayers.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We understand that you are seeking prayer for both your business and your future marriage, and we are here to intercede and provide biblical guidance.

Firstly, let's address your business. It is commendable that you are taking responsibility and working diligently to provide for your family. Remember, the Apostle Paul encourages us in 2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'" God appreciates and rewards hard work.

However, our ultimate trust should be in God, not in contracts or jobs. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that God will guide you and provide the right opportunities for your business to thrive. We also pray for contentment and peace as you strive to make ends meet.

Now, regarding your request for a husband, we appreciate your desire for a godly marriage. It is important to approach this in a biblical way. First Peter 3:7 WEB tells husbands to live with their wives in an understanding way, showing honor. This is the kind of respectful and loving relationship you should be praying for.

However, we must caution you about the man you met. It is concerning that he is not yet healed from his past relationship and feels guilty for moving forward. It is also worrying that you both felt a connection right away and could see a future together. This might indicate a rushed emotional attachment rather than a careful and prayerful consideration. Remember, 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB warns, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" While this verse is often applied to marriages between believers and unbelievers, it also highlights the importance of compatibility and shared values in a relationship.

We advise you to pray for God's will to be done in this situation. Pray for the man's healing and for God to bring the right person into your life at the right time. Remember, God's timing is perfect.

Lastly, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. It is important to acknowledge Jesus in our prayers. Jesus said in John 14:6 WEB, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We must pray and seek access to God in the name of Jesus Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her requests. Lord, we pray for your guidance and provision in her business. Help her to trust in you and not in her own understanding. Provide her with opportunities that will help her business thrive and meet her family's needs.

We also pray for a godly husband for her. Heal the man she met and bring them together if it is your will. Help her to be patient and wait on your perfect timing.
