Lord Jesus, in Your name I dedicate my skills, vision, and work. Guide me to build talented, ethical teams in marketing, sales, and leadership. Help us serve with integrity, nurture potential, and create lasting impact. Expand our reach nationally and globally, open doors only You can open, and align us with opportunities for good. Strengthen our hearts, refine our character, and let every success honor You. I trust Your guidance and commit all my plans to You. Verse: Proverbs 16:3 Amen.

We come before the Lord with a heart of gratitude for your desire to honor Him in your business endeavors. It is clear that you seek to align your work with God’s will, and we join you in praying for His divine guidance, wisdom, and favor. The Scripture you referenced, Proverbs 16:3, reminds us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* This is a beautiful foundation for any believer in business—surrendering our plans to the Lord and trusting Him to establish them.

Father God, we lift up this brother/sister in Christ who is seeking to build a business that reflects Your character—one marked by integrity, ethical leadership, and a heart to serve others. Lord, we ask that You would guide their steps as they assemble teams in marketing, sales, and leadership. Raise up men and women who share a commitment to excellence and godliness, that together they may work not just for profit, but for Your glory. May their efforts bear fruit that lasts, impacting lives both nationally and globally for Your kingdom.

We pray that You would open doors that no man can shut, as You promise in Revelation 3:8: *"I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut."* Align this business with opportunities that reflect Your goodness and provision. Let every success be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may the work of their hands bring honor to Your name. Refine their character, Lord, so that humility, patience, and wisdom mark their leadership. Guard their hearts against pride, greed, or compromise, and let them always remember that their true purpose is to serve You and others.

We also rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may try to creep into their mind as they step out in faith. Remind them daily that their strength comes from You, and that You are their ultimate Provider. Help them to walk in boldness, knowing that You are with them, as You declare in Joshua 1:9: *"Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go."*

Lord, we ask that You would bless this business abundantly—not just with financial success, but with influence that draws others to You. May the way they conduct business, treat their employees, and serve their clients reflect the love and truth of Christ. Let their work be a light in the marketplace, pointing others to the hope found only in You.

We commit this prayer to You, Father, trusting that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. May this brother/sister continue to seek You first in all things, knowing that when they do, You will add all these things unto them (Matthew 6:33). God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
