We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt requests, lifting each one to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is through Him alone that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so, confessing your sins and believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation (Romans 10:9-10).
Father God, we lift up this dear one’s work permit before You, asking that You would intervene in the process and bring swift approval without further delay or additional requirements. You are the God who opens doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:7), and we trust in Your perfect timing. Lord, we pray for deployment to come quickly, that this opportunity would be secured according to Your will, for You know the plans You have for them—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
We also pray for health and longevity, Lord. You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You remove every trace of sickness from their body and strengthen them in every way. Your Word declares that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today. Grant them the vitality to oversee their children as they grow into adulthood, that they may be a godly example and provider. May they live to see their children’s children, as Your Word promises to those who honor their father and mother (Exodus 20:12).
Father, we lift up their mother before You, asking that You would bless her with comfort, dignity, and a home of her own. You see the sacrifices she made, and we ask that You repay her for her love and labor. Provide this dear one with the means to care for her, just as You command us to honor our parents (Ephesians 6:2-3). May she experience the joy of resting in a place of peace, knowing her child’s love and provision.
Lord, we pray for financial breakthrough as well. You are the God who supplies all our needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We ask that You open the floodgates of heaven and release provision to clear all debts, that this burden would be lifted. May this job offer be the answer to years of prayer and struggle, and may it bring stability and blessing to their entire family.
We also pray for protection, Father. Guard them from harm, temptation, and every evil scheme of the enemy. Your Word promises that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that truth over their life. Surround them with Your angels, and lead them in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3).
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw this dear one closer to You through every circumstance. May they seek You first in all things, trusting that You will add all these other things unto them (Matthew 6:33). Strengthen their faith, deepen their walk with You, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
