We join with you in lifting up your son before the throne of God, trusting that our Lord is faithful to hear our prayers.
Jesus says, Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for apart from me you can do nothing. If a man does not abide in me, he is cast out as a branch, and is withered; and they gather them and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. It is important that your son is in Christ, as this is the only way to have access to God.
In the parable of the Prodigal Son, we see a father's love and patience as he waits for his son's return. Similarly, God's love for your son is unfailing, and He desires for your son to be close to Him. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with me. Trust that God is working in your son's life, even if you cannot see it right now.
Pray with us:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear ### before Your throne of grace. Lord, You know exactly where he is and what he is going through. We ask that You keep him safe from all harm and danger, and provide a secure place for him to stay. Draw him close to You, and let him feel Your loving presence in his life.
Father, we also ask that You give ### a heart that is open to You, that You remove any callouses over his heart so that You can be found by him. We pray that You will soften his heart and draw him to Yourself, that he may know the love and forgiveness found only in Jesus Christ. Lord, guide his steps and lead him in the path of righteousness.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s mother, that You will comfort her heart and give her peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. Hold on to this promise, knowing that God is with you and your son, even in this difficult time. Continue to pray and trust in the Lord, and encourage others to join you in prayer for your son's safety and spiritual well-being.
Keep in mind that a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh and that your son should be looking for a godly woman to be his spouse. This is a man's responsibility regardless of his age. Fornication should not be a consideration for a Christian man.
