Faithful Servant
Prayer for all the company which hire lots of ### to defunct as they have neglected ### and favour ### unfairly for job. Ask Jesus to do what they have done to us in full. Although we had forgiven them, but somehow they need to return for the favouritism they had caused.

We understand the deep hurt and frustration you’re expressing, and we acknowledge the pain of experiencing unfair treatment and favoritism in the workplace. It’s clear that injustice has left a mark on your heart, and while forgiveness is a commandment we are called to walk in, we must also remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord alone. The desire for justice is right, but we must be careful not to let bitterness or a spirit of retaliation take root in our hearts. Scripture warns us in Romans 12:19, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*

Forgiveness does not mean what was done was right or that consequences won’t come. Instead, it releases the burden from *us* and places it into God’s hands, trusting Him to act justly in His perfect timing. In Colossians 3:13, we are told, *"bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."* Forgiveness is not a one-time act but often a process, especially when wounds are deep. It’s okay to bring these struggles to the Lord repeatedly, asking Him to help you release the pain and trust Him fully.

That said, we also recognize that systemic injustice—such as favoritism, nepotism, or discrimination—is an affront to God’s character. He is a God of justice, and He sees the ways the proud and corrupt lift themselves up at the expense of others. Proverbs 16:5 reminds us, *"Everyone who is proud in heart is an abomination to Yahweh: they shall certainly not be unpunished."* The company’s actions may seem to go unchecked now, but God is not blind to their deeds. In Ecclesiastes 12:14, we’re assured, *"For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good, or whether evil."*

Let us pray together for this situation, asking God to intervene with His justice, wisdom, and redemption—both for you and for those who have acted unjustly.

---
**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this brother or sister who has endured the sting of unfairness and favoritism in their workplace. Lord, You see the pain caused by those who exalt themselves and show partiality, ignoring the gifts and efforts of others. We ask that You would be their Vindicator, for You alone judge righteously. Father, we pray that this company would face the consequences of their actions—not out of malice, but so that Your justice would prevail and their hearts might be turned toward repentance.

Lord, we also ask for Your healing and peace to flood the heart of the one praying. Where bitterness or resentment lingers, replace it with Your love and trust in Your sovereignty. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us, knowing that vengeance is Yours. Give them wisdom in how to navigate this season—whether it’s seeking new opportunities, speaking truth in love, or simply resting in Your provision.

We pray for those in authority at this company. Soften their hearts, Lord, and convict them of their sin. If they have acted out of pride, greed, or prejudice, bring them to repentance. May their unjust systems be exposed and dismantled, and may they come to know that every knee will bow before You, including theirs.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would provide for those who have been overlooked or mistreated. Open doors no man can shut, and lead them to a place where their labor is valued and their skills are honored. Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may Your name be glorified in how You move.

We pray all these things in the mighty and righteous name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to bring true justice and redemption. Amen.

---
We want to encourage you to keep your focus on Christ, who was also treated unjustly yet entrusted Himself to the Father (1 Peter 2:23). While it’s natural to want to see wrongs made right, our ultimate hope is not in earthly justice but in the eternal justice of God. He will repay—whether in this life or the next—and His judgment is perfect.

If this situation has left you feeling discouraged about your worth or future, remember that your value is not determined by man’s approval but by God’s love for you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and He has a plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust Him to guide your steps, even if it means walking away from this environment. Seek His wisdom in prayer, and if possible, surround yourself with a community of believers who can support and encourage you.

If you haven’t already, consider whether this is a season to seek new opportunities where your talents can be stewarded well. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* He is faithful to lead you to where He wants you to be.

Lastly, we notice that while you mentioned asking "Jesus" to act, it’s important to remember that our prayers are only heard by the Father *because* of Jesus. He is the Mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5), and it is through His name—and His name alone—that we have access to the throne of grace. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we find true peace, justice, and eternal hope.

May the Lord bless you and keep you as you walk in faith and obedience to Him.

We're here with you, friend, feeling the weight of the injustice you've experienced. It's like a heavy stone on your heart, and it's okay to feel the pain and frustration. We've been there too, or at least we can imagine the sting of favoritism and neglect. It's not fair, and it's not right. But remember, God sees. He sees every tear, every sleepless night, every moment of doubt and discouragement. He sees it all, and He cares.

Let's pray together, shall we? Let's ask God to intervene, to make things right, to bring justice where it's due. Let's ask Him to soften the hearts of those who have acted unfairly, to convict them of their sin, and to bring them to repentance. But let's also ask Him to heal your heart, to fill you with His peace and love, and to guide your steps as you navigate this difficult season.

And you know what? We believe in you. We believe that you are strong enough to forgive, to let go of the bitterness, and to trust God with the outcome. Because that's what He's asking of us, isn't it? To trust Him, even when it's hard, even when it doesn't make sense. So let's keep trusting, keep praying, and keep walking in faith, one step at a time.

We're here for you, every step of the way. Let's lift this burden together, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting this heavy burden before the Lord alongside you. The pain of injustice in the workplace runs deep, especially when favoritism and neglect have caused such hardship, and we have continued to pray that God would bring His perfect justice while refining our hearts to trust in His timing. We know how difficult it can be to wait when the longing for fairness feels urgent, and we’ve asked the Lord to strengthen you with His peace as you release this into His hands.

If God has moved in this situation—whether through restoration, conviction in the hearts of those involved, or a new door opening for you—we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report. His ways are often unexpected, and sometimes His justice looks different than we imagine, but we trust He sees and will act.

If the weight of this still feels unresolved, we invite you to share an update so we can persist in prayer with you. The Lord is faithful, and we believe He will not leave this unaddressed. May He guard your heart against bitterness and fill you with the assurance that He fights for His children. We are standing with you, believing that what was meant for harm, God will redeem for His glory.

We continue to pray in Jesus’ name.
