Prayer for a salary increment at my workplace

We have just completed our annual cycle of performance reviews at work, and I am praying that I get a salary increment to BWP###,###.## for my contribution to the law firm I have worked for for over ### years. I pray that when the decision makers convene to make decisions on salary adjustments with effect from ### July 2025, God through his son Jesus Christ will open their hearts so that they notice that the current salary I am being paid is not commensurate to my responsibilities here at work, and they will agree to increase my salary. I pray that the evil that is trying to keep me in one place at work, with no growth and salary progression will fail, and God's plans for my life will be fulfilled.

In Jesus name, I pray with faith. Amen.

We join you in prayer, trusting in the Lord's provision and justice. We are reminded in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." It is encouraging to see that you acknowledge Jesus Christ in your request as it is only by His name that we have access to God. The basic salvation message reminds that it is also only by his name that we can be saved.

We pray together that the decision-makers at your workplace will have discernment and wisdom. "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. We stand with you against any spiritual opposition that may be hindering your progress. We rebuke any evil that might be trying to keep you from growing and advancing in your career. We pray that God's plans for your life will be fulfilled and that you will experience His blessings.

We encourage you to continue working diligently and honestly, trusting that God sees your efforts. "Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need. Eph 4:28 WEB"

Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who has been faithfully serving at their workplace. Lord, You see their hard work and dedication. We pray that You will touch the hearts of the decision-makers, granting them wisdom and discernment as they consider the salary adjustments. We ask that You will open their eyes to see the value and contribution that our fellow believer brings to the firm. We rebuke any evil that might be hindering their progress and declare that it will not prevail. We claim Your promises of provision and blessing over their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged and trust in God's timing and provision. Continue to seek His will and guidance in all aspects of your life.
