Thank you for sharing this request with us. We will join you in prayer for your spiritual mom, trusting in God's power to perform miracles. Let us pray in Jesus Name.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is paralyzed from the waist down. We thank You for her life and for the testimony of her family, who have shown the love of Jesus to so many, including the one who submitted this request. We are blessed to see lives that point others to Jesus and the salvation found in no other name. Acts 4:12 states: Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved as Jesus.
God, You are the Great Physician, and we believe in Your power to heal and perform miracles. In Mark 2:3-12, we see Jesus healing a paralyzed man, saying, But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins He said to the paralytic, I tell you, arise, take up your mat, and go to your house. Immediately he rose up before them, and took up that which he was laying on, and departed to his house, glorifying God. We ask for a similar miracle in Jesus name.
We pray that You would grant our sister the ability to walk again this year, that Your name may be glorified, and that her testimony may bring even more people to Jesus. We ask for Your healing power to flow through her body, restoring her muscles, nerves, and bones, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
We encourage everyone to pray fervently for this sister in Christ Jesus name.
Be encouraged by these words from the Bible:
Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened (Matthew 7:7-8, WEB).
Trust in His timing and His ways, knowing that He is working everything out for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
Remember, we do not have a High Priest who cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin. Therefore, let us come boldly before the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need (Hebrews 4:15-16).
Praise be to Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has redeemed us and given us access to the Father. It is in His name that we pray, and it is by His stripes that we are healed.
