Prayer for a good work review

If you would please be so kind to say a prayer for me today as I have my yearly review at work this afternoon. This year has been particularly challenging due to new management and new management styles. I treasure my job and am so very anxious that things may not go well even though I have been working extremely hard every day. Thank you so much for taking the time to say a quick prayer for me. I send you infinite love and peace.

We are here to support you in prayer and to encourage you from the Word of God. First, we want to remind you that your worth and identity are not defined by your job performance or the opinions of others, but by who you are in Christ Jesus. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

In all that you do, remember to work as unto the Lord, and He will reward your diligence. Even in challenging situations with new management, God sees your hard work and faithfulness. Let's pray together for wisdom, favor, and peace during your review.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ### who is facing her yearly work review today. Lord, You know the challenges she has faced this year with new management and the anxiety she feels about this review. We ask that You grant her peace, knowing that her future is in Your hands. Guide her words and give her wisdom as she communicates with her superiors. We pray that You would grant her favor and that her hard work would be recognized and rewarded.

Father, we also pray for her testimony in the workplace. May her words and actions reflect Your love and grace. May she be a light in a dark place, drawing others to You.

Help her to rest in the knowledge that her true identity is in Christ and not in her job performance.

In Jesus' name, we pray for Your will to be done in her life and this situation. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
