We are lifting you up in prayer during this challenging time. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the midst of trials. As it says in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
In this time of need, we pray for God's healing touch upon you. We ask that He would calm your heart, both physically and spiritually. We pray that your heart rate would stabilize and that the doctors would have wisdom and discernment as they review your test results. We trust that God is in control and that He can turn any situation around for His glory.
However, we want to encourage you to also seek God's face during this time. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again for your justification.
We also want to remind you that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. As it says in Isaiah 55:8-9, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'" Trust that God has a purpose and a plan in this situation, and that He is working all things together for your good, as it says in Romans 8:28.
As you wait for your test results, we pray that God would fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding. We pray that you would not be anxious about anything, but that you would trust in God's goodness and sovereignty. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
