Prayer For A Career Path

Dear friends - thank you for this wonderful work you do online. I have been struggling with anxiety for some time now (arising out of a health scare), and I ask the Lord humbly that He will lift this burden from me. Please pray that I feel close to Jesus when I am alone. Having been ill for some time, I also feel I am at a crossroads in my career. I have a writing opportunity within my reach and I just need that final door to open. If I receive this opportunity, I pray that I will be able to quit my day job which is long, stressful and tiring, and concentrate on this writing which glories God, and brings His word and the message of peace to people around the world. I pray that this door will open soon and that my anxiety will not be a barrier to fulfilling God's work. I pray for a path for my career and for God to lift this anxiety and boost my confidence. Thank you Jesus!

Lord, I lift Gilly up to you and ask your hand upon her, to lead, guide and direct her path as she follows you. Lord, give her wisdom and discernment as she seek yous will. Lord, if it be her time for a career change, I pray you would open doors and show her the way. Will you close doors that lead her away from your will for her life. I pray for complete healing from her health problems. I ask that her strength return. Lord, will you bless her as her writing brings you glory and honor and gives her pleasure knowing she is serving you and seeking your favor in her life. Lord, I touch and agree with her prayer and ask your hand of mercy and grace to be with her all of her days. To you be the glory. Amen

Jesus, just listening to the desires of this heart; i stand in agreement with this request. i know first knowledge of anxiety which is not a pleasant experience but You can cast that out of her life. i ask that You place, peace, comfort, relaxing spirit in Your child so that she can walk thru the door of opportunites that You opened for her. Your servant has place herself at Your feet; use her for Your glory, AMEN!
