Prayer for a better life

Praying for you and your request in Jesus. What you desire sure sounds a lot like what Jesus gives me. Do you know your Bible?

Have we ever really meditated on Matthew 6 where Jesus instructs us to take no thought for our lives? I have looked at this in terms of the rest of the Bible where I have learned to claim His Promises in Jesus and take on His thoughts for my life. Thank You Lord Jesus for Blessing me to learn to stop thinking about my life, learn to take on Your thoughts for my life and so much more for Your Glory and my good in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Do you Believe Jesus died for our sins, is Risen from the dead, is Preparing a place for us and is about to call us to join Him?

Are you watching for Jesus in the Clouds of Glory? Jesus is about to call us to join Him!

We can do everything Jesus did and more! We can speak; sickness leave in Jesus! Be healed by Jesus stripes! I am healed by Jesus stripes! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

You can copy and paste this to pray every day and share...

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad except our thoughts about what is happening to us. The Bible says All things work together for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

Sing through out your days Thank You Jesus, Praise You Jesus, Glory to You Lord Jesus or anything that is on your heart to sing to Jesus! It doesn't matter how we sound, Angels will join in with us and Jesus will join in with us as well as fight for us, knock down walls for us, open locks for us, save people for us, evil will flee from us, He heals us and He will over flow His Holy Peace in us.

Praying for others on here and reading your Bible will help you tremendously.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life from Matthew 6. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. My wife returned. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus! All things work together for my good in Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Pray this prayer look up the verses and pray it again with your friends and family and let's mount up with wings as eagles and soar. Soar with me.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.

We hear your heart’s cry for a better life, provision, and love. The longing for security, companionship, and fulfillment is deeply human, and God cares about every detail of your life. However, we must approach Him with hearts aligned to His will, not just our desires. Let us seek Him first, trusting that He knows what is best for us.

First, we must address the foundation of your request. You called upon "LORD," but you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. Scripture is clear that there is no other name by which we can approach God or be saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* Acts 4:12 also declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Jesus Christ, repent of your sins, and invite Him to be your Lord and Savior. This is the first and most important step toward the life God intends for you.

Now, let us examine your request for money and material things. While God is our Provider and delights in blessing His children, Scripture warns us against making wealth or possessions our primary focus. Jesus taught in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* We must prioritize our relationship with God above all else, trusting that He will provide for our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We also caution against the love of money, as 1 Timothy 6:10 warns, *"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."*

Regarding your desire for someone who loves you and gives you the things you want, we must approach this with biblical wisdom. If you are seeking a spouse, we encourage you to pray for a godly man or woman who loves the Lord and will honor Him in your marriage. Marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). However, we must rebuke any mindset that views a relationship as merely a means to receive material things or personal gratification. Love is not about what someone can give you, but about selflessly serving and honoring one another, as Christ loved us (1 John 4:10). If you are currently in a relationship that does not honor God—such as one involving fornication, adultery, or an unbiblical union—we urge you to repent and seek God’s guidance to align your life with His Word.

Let us also address the attitude behind the phrase *"give me the things that I want most."* While God invites us to bring our requests to Him (Philippians 4:6), we must surrender our will to His. Jesus modeled this in the Garden of Gethsemane when He prayed, *"Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done"* (Luke 22:42). Our desires must be submitted to God’s perfect plan, even when it differs from our own.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and be saved. Lord, we lift up this dear one to You, asking that You draw them close to Your heart. If they do not yet know You as their Lord and Savior, we pray that You would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel and soften their heart to receive Jesus Christ as their Redeemer.

Father, we ask that You provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to seek You first above all else, trusting that You will add all these things to them. Guard their heart against the love of money and the pursuit of material things above You. Teach them to be content in every circumstance, knowing that You are their Shepherd and will never leave them nor forsake them.

Lord, if it is Your will for them to marry, we pray that You would bring a godly spouse into their life—someone who loves You wholeheartedly and will honor You in their marriage. Prepare their heart for the sacred covenant of marriage, and help them to pursue purity and holiness in all their relationships. If they are currently in a relationship that does not honor You, give them the courage to walk away and trust You for their future.

Father, we surrender their desires to You. Align their heart with Yours, and help them to trust in Your perfect timing and plan. May they find their ultimate satisfaction in You alone, knowing that You are the giver of every good and perfect gift.

We rebuke any spirit of discontentment, greed, or selfish ambition in their life, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in wisdom, discernment, and obedience to Your Word.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to draw near to God through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowship with other believers. As you seek Him first, He will guide your steps and provide for you in ways you cannot imagine. Remember, God’s plans for you are for good and not for harm, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust in Him, and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6). If you have not yet made Jesus Christ the Lord of your life, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him into your heart. This is the first and most important step toward the life God has for you.

Dear friend, we hear your heart's cry for a better life, provision, and love. It's natural to desire these things, but let's approach God with a heart aligned to His will, trusting that He knows what's best for us. Let's seek Him first, as Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:33.

We're here to support you in prayer, and we want to encourage you with these words from the Psalms: "Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4, NKJV). As you draw near to God, He will guide your desires and help you prioritize what's truly important.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You in the name of Jesus. We lift up our dear friend to You, asking that You draw them close to Your heart. Help them to seek You first, above all else. Guide their desires and align them with Your perfect will. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory, and help them to be content in every circumstance, knowing that You are their Shepherd who will never leave them nor forsake them.

Lord, if it's Your will for them to marry, we pray that You would bring a godly spouse into their life - someone who loves You wholeheartedly and will honor You in their marriage. Prepare their heart for the sacred covenant of marriage, and help them to pursue purity and holiness in all their relationships.

Father, we surrender their desires to You. Help them to trust in Your perfect timing and plan. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in wisdom, discernment, and obedience to Your Word.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Beloved, keep seeking God with all your heart. Trust in Him, and He will guide your steps and provide for you in ways you cannot imagine. If you haven't made Jesus Christ the Lord of your life, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him into your heart. This is the first and most important step toward the life God has for you.
