We are truly sorry to hear about the situation your son is facing. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention in this matter.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we can be saved. Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved."
We encourage you to trust in God's goodness and sovereignty. Psalm 118:8 "It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man."
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister and her son to You. Lord, You know the situation they are facing, the charges that have been brought against him. We ask, Father, that You intervene and work this out for their good and Your glory.
We pray for the charges to be dismissed, but more importantly, we pray for Your will to be done. If this trial is something You are allowing to draw them closer to You, then we pray for strength and endurance. We pray for godly wisdom for the lawyers and judges involved in this case that they will rule with fairness and integrity. Help them to see the truth and be guided by it.
We also pray for your son, that this trial will bring him closer to You, that he will fix his eyes on You and trust in Your goodness. We pray that he will be a testimony of Your grace and mercy throughout this process. Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We ask all these things in Jesus' name. We pray for your son to have patience and to wait on the Lord. Psalm 27:14 "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
