Prayer Desired,don't Understand, Desiring Help

Hard to understand, and I don't want to judge, but there are people who seemingly know I have a "need". I can't drive my car, because I don't have tags or insurance yet, which haven't gotten cause of cost. I live with parents,and feel that I burden them when I ask to use their/my dad's vehicle,which makes me feel restricted.. And I know there are people who, if they wanted, because they have so much, could help. But the response I heard was things like, "I think it's so neat you can travel on the bus.." ,or, "it's so neat, sometimes we give up things cause it makes us more open for the Lord...",or other such things. I don't understand. I felt,when I had much more money than I did, that if I saw a need,would help. When my friends/family hurt, would often just respond,and give if I had sometimes. So I don't understand what holds someone back, who seemingly has like millions,and various houses, from helping,and causes some to say things like, "oh,it's good you are where you are, because that's where you're supposed to be." I don't mean to complain, though I know it may sound like that. But if it's of God that that person/those people help, would you please pray they would see things differently? One of them made a comment like how she likes to go to churches who help those in need, such as giving shelter for those who need it. She supposedly knows my situation, or that of my friend, who doesn't know where to stay when they get here.. she has a huge house, various ones I guess, 5 rooms..I just don't understand, but I truly don't want to judge. But if for ome reason it is to be that she/they should/could help,and it's of God, would you please pray that no ungodly reasoning would hold them back from so doing? Thank you so.I know it may sound like an odd prayer request, but means a lot that you would pray.. and please too ifyou would pray for my mother, who watches shows that are like mystery/evil,that she would have no desire to watch them. Feel like it may hurt her.. Thank you again,and God bless..

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
