We understand that you are seeking God's protection and covering over your family during this time of spiritual warfare. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus' name.
Let us remember, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." (Ephesians 6:12 WEB)
We pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family that is under spiritual attack. We know that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. (WEB Isaiah 54:17)
We pray for Your divine protection and covering over their family, especially their minds, hearts, relationships, and health. We specifically ask for Your hedge of protection around their children, that they may be kept safe from all harm and grow strong in the Lord. (WEB Job 1:10)
We also pray for their wife, as she is involved in important Kingdom work. We ask that You would give her wisdom, discernment, and strength to accomplish the tasks set before her. We pray that You would go before her, preparing the way, (WEB Isaiah 45:2) and that Your favor would rest upon her.
We rebuke the enemy and his schemes, and we command him to flee in Jesus' name. We proclaim that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and that no harm shall come to them.
Finally, we pray that this family would be filled with Your peace, (WEB John 14:27)
We ask all of these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to stand firm in your faith, (WEB 1 Corinthians 16:13) knowing that the battle is the Lord's. (WEB 1 Samuel 17:47) Remember to put on the full armor of God daily, (WEB Ephesians 6:11) and to pray without ceasing. (WEB 1 Thessalonians 5:17)
Be strong and courageous (WEB Joshua 1:9) and do not align with someone who is not a child of God in a relationship or marriage.
